30-day money-back guarantee

If Muscle Dojo Creatine + Hydration is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the amount you paid for the product. Opened tubs are covered. You do not need to return the tub, and there is no restocking fee or store-credit requirement.

How to request a refund

Email info@muscledojo.com or use our contact form. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.

One-time purchases and subscriptions

The guarantee applies to one-time purchases and subscription deliveries. Each delivery has its own 30-day window. A refund does not cancel a subscription or future deliveries. You can skip, pause or cancel future deliveries through your customer account before the next charge is processed, or contact us for help.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Include photos of damaged or incorrect items when possible so we can help resolve it. Do not send products back without instructions from us.

Receiving your refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when your refund has been issued; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. If you have not received a confirmed refund, contact us and your payment provider.
