You may return most new, un-used items within 30 calendar days ("30 days") of delivery for a full refund - for any reason. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item etc). To be eligible for a refund item\'s must be un-used and must be returned complete and in the same condition that you received it as including but not limited to returned with all accessories and manuals, no damage and no markings to the shipping box.
Defective And Damaged Returns
If the item\'s was damaged in transit or turned out to be defective, don't worry we will send you a replacement or refund you in full if we are out of stock. We will work with you returning such item\'s back to us and we will send replacement or will issue full refund usually within a few days after receiving the item back. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery of such item\'s. Past 30 days you may claim warranty directly with the manufacturer, if applicable. Used product/'s can be returned for replacement Only. We must be notified within 30 days of delivery. Refund on used product\'s will be issued when we are out of stock or at our discretion only. Please provide pictures if the order was received damaged, incomplete, mis-shiped etc.
How To Return
All returns must be returned complete with the original box and all accessories included. All returns require RMA #. How Long Will Returns Take
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days usually but there may be a delay if we are overloaded or returned item\'s had issues), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
